Who operates Cogitto

These terms describe the current service. A future product, data license or paid offering will need its own stated scope and any additional terms before it becomes available.

Access and account security

The website and product information are public. Workspace access follows account and organization permissions. Registering an account does not grant access to another organization or to Clinical content. Creating an organization creates its owner membership; reference lookup and Clinical use need their separate authorization. Existing reference content remains for internal quality assurance (QA), not patient care. Do not share access or bypass restrictions.

Use accurate account information and protect your password and verification methods. Microsoft Entra External ID provides sign-in, email verification and password recovery. Report suspected unauthorized access without sending passwords or verification codes.

Reference information, not patient care

Use the QA service only with non-patient test information. Do not enter patient identifiers, medical histories, medication doses or treatment details. Do not use its output to make care, prescribing or dispensing decisions.

A finding covers only the selected ingredient pair and the stated reference version. Missing records, missing evidence or a technical failure do not establish safety. Product-label examples do not mean that a product, dose or regimen has been evaluated.

Sources can be incomplete, outdated or in disagreement. Cogitto does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, uninterrupted availability or suitability for a clinical purpose. This service does not replace independent professional judgment or emergency care.

Responsible use and source rights

Do not upload patient information, malicious content or material you are not entitled to share. Do not disrupt the service, evade authorization or use another person’s account.

Source publications, labels and other third-party material remain subject to their owners’ rights and terms. A link or reference does not grant redistribution rights or imply endorsement. The current service offers no dataset download or commercial data license.

Availability and changes

We may correct content, change the QA experience, or suspend access for security, maintenance or misuse. We will identify material changes to these terms with an updated version date and an appropriate notice before they apply where required.

No paid subscription or purchase is offered by the current service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. California law applies, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you.
